Well, what can we say other than our entirely 'finesse-free' captain  stole the show, didn't he?  Very Happy

A brillaint innings, Mike, and I'm guessing a bit more satisfying than the one against Bucklebury last season for the simple reason that we won.

Needless to say as many people as possible will get to hear about it - papers, TMS, Cricinfo, Wisden....    Smile

The scorecard and a short report has just winged their way via e-mail to the Newbury, Reading and Basingstoke papers, and the website was updated this morning.

The photos will hopefully go onto photobucket sometime this week, from my PC at work, when the boss isn't looking.  My steam-powered dial-up connection goes into a meltdown at the porspect of uploading stuff to anywhere!    Shocked

My DIY skills seem to be lacking a bit of...what's the word...finesse!   Very Happy

I believe the gentleman concerned went a bit quiet after that!   Laughing

Cheers mate. It was bloody handy that you came out and hit a few boundaries though, I was knackered!
